NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, June 6, 2025  — Youthful Savings (YS) and the New York City Public Schools District 75 partnered to bring its entrepreneurial programming to J.M. Rapport School for Career Development students. The “Youth Entrepreneurship for a More Inclusive Global Economy” custom program was part of select virtual classrooms from April 24th to May 28th. 

This custom program empowered youth with essential mental well-being, economic empowerment, and community development knowledge and skills. The program and its learning material were easily accessible through YS’ edtech platform, The Learning Marketplace (TLM). Graduates of this initiative who successfully pitched a business idea started their businesses on the global e-commerce platform Youthful Savings Marketplace (YSM). Additionally, successful businesses could apply for funding from the Youthful Savings Foundation Community Investment Fund. YS worked closely with NYC Public Schools to increase attendance and engagement.

The implementation of YS’ “Youth Entrepreneurship for a More Inclusive Global Economy” program for District 75 students was a pivotal step in preparing the next generation of world citizens. District 75 offers targeted instructional assistance for students facing substantial challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive delays, and various other disabilities. Youth participants accessed the program’s learning content on TLM in both digital and printed formats as needed. This accessibility allows youth opportunities to learn and develop skills required for financial, entrepreneurial, and community-building success.
